Cancellation & Weather Policy

We understand that weather conditions may affect your golfing experience. However, as your booking involves confirmed golf reservations, transportation, and operational arrangements made in advance, the following policy applies.

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tee time will receive a full refund.
Changes to the booking are subject to availability.

Late Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tee time, no-shows, or failure to participate are 100% non-refundable.
Once the service has commenced (including transportation or check-in at the golf course), the booking is considered used and is non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Golf is an outdoor sport and is played in a wide range of weather conditions, including light or moderate rain.

Rain, cloudy weather, or an unfavorable weather forecast do not qualify for a refund.
If the golf course remains open and the reserved tee time is available, the booking will be considered fully operational.
Guests who choose not to play despite the golf course remaining open are not eligible for a refund, either in full or in part.

Golf Course Closure

If the golf course officially suspends play or closes due to unsafe weather conditions or other operational reasons, we will assist guests in obtaining one of the following options, subject to the golf course's decision:

Reschedule to another available tee time.
Receive a credit from the golf course (if offered).
Receive a refund only if approved by the golf course.

Force Majeure

Events beyond our reasonable control—including severe weather, flooding, natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, or other force majeure events—do not automatically entitle guests to a refund. Any compensation or alternative arrangements will follow the policies of the golf course and other service providers involved.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a reservation and completing payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation & Weather Policy.
